Your Student Could be Fayette’s Most Outstanding Student

Think your student is Fayette’s Most Outstanding student? We’ll here’s your opportunity to tell them. The Fayette County Education Foundation is encouraging everyone to make a donation in honor of their child or grandchild.

For a minimum contribution of $5, a certificate suitable for framing with your special message will be given to your child at school during the last week of the semester; the deadline for this semester is November 29.

Most Outstanding Student forms, along with specific instructions on how to complete your submission, can be downloaded from the Fayette County Board of Education website, www.fcboe.org. Click on “general information” and then “Fayette County Education Foundation.” Select “Fayette County Education Foundation” again and scroll to the bottom for the form titled “Most Outstanding Student.”

The Most Outstanding Student event is an effort created by the Fayette County Education Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. This eight-year old foundation has given early $180,000 to Fayette’s public classrooms during its existence.
